• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to a customer fault (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Issuance:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain items, such as those marked as final sale or customized products, are not eligible for refunds.
