3. Shipping and Delivery
Villacor & Paws uses a dropshipping model. Our products are sourced from various third-party suppliers, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier. Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during peak periods.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Villacor & Paws is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
In the event of a payment dispute, Villacor & Paws reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel your order until the dispute is resolved.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team at customer@villacorpaws.com. After 24 hours, orders are processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for our return policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy on most products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
