Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

We ship to various regions worldwide. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5-10 business days

  • Canada: 7-15 business days

  • Europe: 7-15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual shipping may vary due to factors such as customs processing or local postal services.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items in your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select orders and during certain promotions. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for details on current offers.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. It may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after shipping.

5. International Shipping

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Villacor & Paws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.

If a package marked as "delivered" is missing, we suggest:

  • Checking with neighbors, property management, or household members to ensure it wasn't received by someone else.

  • Contacting the carrier for more information on the delivery status.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us at contact@villacorpaws.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Villacor & Paws is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
